We deliver within a 35 mile radius of downtown Cleveland and also offer local pickup. If your zipcode is in range and you are having issues please reach out.

Your meals will be delivered Sunday afternoon, but you don’t have to wait around for your delivery. Our delivery system notifies you when your meals are on the way and when they have arrived via text message

Our Meals are delivered in insulated reusable bags with ice packs to keep your food safe and cold for up to 6 hours.

As we move to become a more sustainable and eco-friendly company in 2022 we ask that every Sunday you leave your bag and icepacks out for the drivers to pickup when they drop off your new meals. If you forget, simply leave them out the next week.

Orders are finalized every Wednesday at 11:59 PM and delivered that same Sunday evening. If you place an order after the deadline it will be delivered the following week.

It depends on the day. You can edit your meals up in your account settings up until the cutoff time (Wednesday 11:59 PM) for week of deliveries. If it is after the cutoff time, the changes will be applied to your next order.

You will save off your entire purchase when you subscribe. Our subscriptions are designed to allow you to stay consistent while not having to manually go in and check out each week. The more you buy the more you save. You can change your meals, change your quantity, skip or cancel at any time.

We buy organic ingredients when available and work with registered dietitians to make sure all of our ingredients are as clean and safe as possible.

All meals are fully cooked, all you need to do is pop them in the microwave for 1-2 minutes to reheat. Start off with less time, you can always add more time, but if you heat for too long it may overcook your food. You can also reheat on a stovetop, airfryer or oven if you prefer.

We recommend eating your meals in 5-7 days for maximum freshness. We recommend eating anything with seafood first. Our protein bites have a longer shelf life, but we recommend keeping them refrigerated.

You can, but we recommended consuming fresh and subscribing for weekly meals to make your life more convenient. Our testing results have shown that the meals lose quality when they are frozen. We don’t add any preservatives so our meals are meant to be consumed week to week.

Free Delivery is available for Purchases of $130 or more.

We are continuously working on new recipes and meals that cater to those with different diets and dietary restrictions (Keto, Vegan, Vegetarian, etc) and as of now we rotate our items seasonally.
